The Piedmont Association of Home Inspectors was founded in
2003 in an effort to provide the community with the highest quality, most knowedgable, and competent home inspectors possible.
Through cooperation with each other, continuing education,
and high ethical standards, we will strive to provide high quality inspections, for our clients. We also aim to establish
local guidelines, that will enable the home inspection process to be a smoother and more pleasant segment of the Real Estate
transaction for all parties.
The PAHI website was built as a reference tool, free information source,
and to be one central web site where homebuyers, home sellers, and realtors can obtain answers to almost all questions
they may have regarding home inspections. In order to accomplish this task much of this information is gathered
from other web sites and credible published sources.
